It's quite simple to get the perfect body body of plump, round cushiness. Just follow Nova's example! ^^
- First, you need to eat the right stuff. Lots of sweets and baked goods with plenty of sugar and frosting, chocolate, nuts, etc. Also drink a lot of milk. Choose different flavors for variety.
- Then, you need to do very rigorous exercises, like Up-Cakes, Cookie Crunches, Donut Rolls, Cinnamon Swirls, and many others. Be sure to have plenty of the right foods when you do this!
- And after you run out of supplies, strut your chubby stuff to the bakery and grocery store to get more supplies, and then back. This is quite key, as this distributes all the good stuff within you throughout your body at an even proportion. Focus your walk at your lower body to really plump up those buns and thighs!
And most importantly, share plenty of hugs with plenty of people!! :3

You see by eating all this junk food, it tricks your body into thinking that it's actually health food because of the sugar overload that you are currently going through.
